This is my Terms of Service. By commissioning me, you agreed to follow my terms of service.Commissions can/will be denied for any reason!

Communication
Communication can be through Email, Discord, Blusky DM’s or Ko-if DM’sI tend to ask a lot of questions and updates, please keep that in mind!
You will be updated if I need an extended break or if there are delays
If i don’t respond in a few hours/days, ping me!
Revisions
Once your commission is accepted, we can discuss details and elements of the piece. I work best off descriptions of the character, backstory and as much detail as possible!I send updates as often as possible to avoid revisions. Major revisions will only be accepted during the sketch or thumbnail phase.After that, minor revisions can be requested at any phase!
I will send updates such as:
Thumbnail (Multiple options)
Sketch
Flat colors or color rough
Final piece
A final PNG will be sent or emailed to you, as well as alternatives if applicable
Refunds
Once the sketch is complete and approved I will not accept refund requests.if I am unable to finish a commission within a reasonable time frame, full refunds will be given to clients
Rights

I will post your commission to my socials
I may use your commission as an example for future commissions
If you do not wish for your commission to be used or posted, please let me know!
Client
Please ask/discuss with me before using my art for products/merch (may have a payment agreement or fees attached!)
Feel free to use my art for your banner, profile pictures etc!
Credit me when possible!

ETAs
I do not usually give ETA’s for commissions as I work full time, my job has certain timelines and events that heavily impact my free time
If you need a piece by a certain date please let me know before I accept the commission

you will get a simple or transparent background for free
Depending on complexity of background, may be an extra charge

Plush Prices
Starting price: $50+, not including shipping!
This price the "early bird" Price since I am still learning techniques i believe are CRUTIAL to plush making. I will be charging double or triple this amount in the future.
Final price will be discussed based on complexity!

Custom plush of your character! All features can be customized
!! These plushes are NOT intended for pets or young children! I use plastic saftey eyes which may be a choking hazard!
(If you'd like something other than plastic saftey eyes, please let me know!)
~6-8 Inches tall (may be more if you have things like antlers or other head details!)
Crocheted with fluffy Chenille Yarn for soft/plush feel

I'm typically very communicative and ask a LOT of questions during the commission process, this is true 10 fold when it comes to plush commissions due to complexity, color matching and other details!
updates
Updates will be given as followed. I will not go to the next step until the previous is approved
Rough sketch of your plush with approximate color matching
Yarn color selection (May need additional time if I do not have specific color(s) on hand)
NOTE: Some colors may need to be slightly changed from your original design as certain colors are not available in yarns. I will do my best to color match as accurately as possible, but changes may need to occur
(OPTIONAL) Additional updated sketch of your plush with selected colors
I will start crocheting at this point. Progress pictures will vary depending on commission and complexity - I WILL send progress pictures unless specified otherwise!
once your plush is finished, I will put the package together and payment for shipping will be sent.
After that, the plush will be shipped and there'll be nothing to do but wait for your fluffy friend to get to you!
Refunds
You may request a partial refund (80%) after I finish your initial plush sketch.
After I begin crocheting or buy necessary yarns, I will NOT accept refunds.
